Student Missions

“Serving” is a word similar to “volunteering,” but it means so much more. It’s a way to get connected, make new friends, and bring change to the world around us and within us. Whether you are setting up for weekend services, raking leaves for a neighbor or on a mission trip overseas, serving shows people that they matter to us and that they matter to God.

Every year people from Mountain take God's love to the world around us. We have teams going on short-term trips in many different areas of the country and around the world. Below are the current trips where people can use their skills and abilities to reach others with God's love.

Student Trip to Puerto Rico 2019

February 28, 2019 to July 31, 2019
Thanks for stopping by our fundraising page! From June 27 to July 5 our team will be going to Puerto Rico to spend 8 days working with a local church to help in the recovery efforts from the devastating hurricanes that struck Puerto Rico a year and a half ago. We also hope to interact with children and other church activities. We would love to have your support for the trip financially and through prayer. If you can't do both, no problem. A financial donation in any amount is tax deductible and would be greatly appreciated. The funds would go directly to supporting the costs of our trip. Any funds raised over that amount will go towards the purchase of materials for our work projects. You can support our trip by donating here. Your partnership through prayer is even more important. Please pray that our team will be kept safe and that we will truly make an impact on the community and individuals that we meet and work with. Thank you for your consideration and support.
