"Before my residency at Mountain my experience serving in church ministries was limited and had little confidence in my abilities. Over the 10 months of my residency I grew in so many different ways. First and foremost I grew in my faith and learned to put my own discipleship first. I also grew in my confidence, skillset and ability to contextualize ministry for a multisite church. I wouldn't be the disciple I am today without my experience as a resident at Mountain."
