Questions, Conversation, and Coffee

This is something very different from what I've done in the past. It is motivated by those who have asked me, "Suppose I have a question - on the Bible or something from the weekend message or something I've encountered personally: where do I go to get some answers or to whom might I turn to discuss an issue further?"
The objective of this class is to create such a space: people in community who share their opinions, study, and experience with others on a wide-ranging list of topics chosen by the community itself.
I solicited inputs from those in my "Thinking Christianly" classes, and I grouped them into the categories you see below. But I'm sure there will be more suggesions as others find out about this class. No, we probably won't cover every topic. Each week's topic list will be selected by the class the week before.

This 12-week class is organized around the themes of The Holy Spirit and The Lord's Prayer.

Week 7 | The Lord's Prayer: "May Your Kingdom Come"
Week 8 | The Lord's Prayer: "Give Us Today the Bread We Need Now"
Week 9 | The Lord's Prayer: "Forgive Us the Things that We Owe"

In the weeks which follow, we will have a time of “Questions, Conversation, and Coffee” to discuss the issues of the day, what’s on your mind, perhaps a topic of Christian living, or the meaning of Bible words and passages.
